Mission
Sprouting Leaders promotes continuous academic growth and personal development among youth in some of Chicago’s most disadvantaged neighborhoods.
Vision
Our vision is that through mentorship, education, and service we aspire to transform our youth to become leaders within their communities.
Values
SL's values stem from our shared passion of helping out the youth. As a strictly volunteer based organization, our members put in the extra hours to give back to the community, and we have a great time doing it!
Who We Serve
Located in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, our mentorship program provides mentoring to 7th and 8th grade students in two schools located in Little Village. Aside from mentoring we also host service events that are open to volunteers of all ages.
